I joined The Den about a month ago and I love it!!! I had been looking for a gym like this in the Barrington area for a while and I’m so happy I finally found it. The classes and the coaches are great! They even have classes every day, including Sunday mornings. After just a month, I already feel stronger and better overall. I highly recommend The Den to anyone looking for a great workout.
Great place to workout. Have not done group classes in a long time but they do a great job of making workout plans. All of the instructors are helpful and very motivating.
A friend recommended this gym to me, and I’ve been hooked ever since! The atmosphere is electric, the community is incredibly supportive, and the workouts are both challenging and rewarding. I’ve already told countless people about it because it truly stands out. The coaches are fantastic—they take the time to explain each movement, answer questions, and motivate you to push your limits. Every session leaves me feeling stronger and more accomplished. I can’t wait to keep showing up and see how far I can go!
I LOVE THE DEN!!! The Reserve is where I’m getting the form correction that is critical to working through some old injuries. I’m so stoked to see what I can do once I’m there!! Thank you so much!!
