The Den is my go-to when I need a solid lifting session. Since starting there regularly in August 2025, my body composition has completely transformed using their programming. I joined The Den about a month ago and I love it!!! I had been looking for a gym like this in the Barrington area for a while and I’m so happy I finally found it. The classes and the coaches are great! They even have classes every day, including Sunday mornings. After just a month, I already feel stronger and better overall. I highly recommend The Den to anyone looking for a great workout.
