We were very happy and satisfied with the venue personnel and specially Lisa. The venue can use outside restrooms with fewer steps. Also better location marker out in the street could be improved.
I attended an outdoor event here recently. If you or any of your guests are handicapped or elderly and have trouble getting around, do not book your event here. There were 4 porta-potties, and they all had steps to get in, with very wobbly railings to hold on to. Even after pleading with the staff to accommodate one of the elderly guests who uses a cane and cannot walk far, the bathroom they let this person use was a good walk from the outdoor reception tent, and it had one step to get into the building. Had the opportunity to provide makeup services at this space. The staff were very helpful and the space was so beautiful!
