I can’t say enough AWESOME things about this company. My prop was completed in 1/2 the time they quoted, which is AMAZING for peak season!!! Their customer service was phenomenal. Gary is super experienced and great to deal with. He even knew my make of boat just by looking at the prop!!! He’s like the prop whisperer. Don’t waster you time going anywhere else. Delta Propeller Company is the place for your prop needs!!!
Ordered a Michigan Wheel Apollo stainless prop on Wednesday, received it today! (We are both in Ohio). This model requires a hub kit, and I was worried that I didn't find it in the box. Upon further inspection, the hub parts had already been installed on the prop by Delta, and the thrust washer was even labeled as to the correct orientation. Fifteen minutes later, I had the new prop installed on the outboard, and it looks fantastic.
We were told last Saturday via telephone you had a 2 to 3 day turn around so my husband sent 2 props to you to be repaired. You haven't even started working on them and were told maybe next week but no guarantee. We have a trip planned next weekend with our boat and would've never sent them to you had we known your turn around is more like 10 days! So now we have to drive over 2 hrs one way to pick them up then drive back 2 hrs then another 2 hrs to try to get them fixed in time!
