This place has been real good, the staff are good people, the units are peaceful to live in I dont have issues with neighbors here, everyone does their own thing here, they took care of an issue I had quickly for these reasons I want to leave a good review, I Appreciate having a home here. I stay at the ones in Batesville AR

The Dels offer various kinds of efficiency apartments depending on the budget of the renter. They are particularly well suited for singles, couples, and small families, and they provide a real niche’ for people just starting out or those on a limited income. I’m glad they provide good housing for those on a limited income in our community.
When I had originally joined the Dels family, to my dismay, I chose a property that was not compatible with my sleep schedule, and unbeknownst to myself is that I chose an apartment that was located right outside a nonstop busy area that had continuous foot traffic all day and all night. It was a literal Grand Central Station of constant noise and turmoil. It wasn’t pleasant. To say that the first 5 months of my stay were grief stricken would be an understatement. I've never ben happier than I am hee. It's clean, whether, well-maintained and all my neighbors are so nice and kind if loj out for each other. The whole company is helpful and sweet. I'm close to everything I need and rrent rate is great for such a central location. If you need a housing solution, especially as a single person this is by far the best ooption.
