Amazing Company , very responsive , Caring and helpful , speedy maintenance and support
I highly recommend the dells it was a safe place for me to get started with my kids help me save money the staff all is responded and we're very nice the prices are very reasonable all my neighbors were good people they don't allow bad people all utilities were included along with Wi-Fi it was a great place for me too save money and work I'm glad they built the dells in my town because before they did we didn't have any housing options has been a true blessing not just for me but for our entire town
I hope that Google adds a zero star option to adequately describe places like this. The entire team management to property managers and front desk employees are deceptive. They continually told me things through text that never came to fruition. They don’t have onsite staff to address any issues. I paid the deposit and first months rent, signed a lease, and on the day that I was supposed to move in, while still asking for keys to the unit, they cancelled the lease, and have not given me back the deposit or rent. Would give it a zero if I could. This fing sucks roaches,no hot water will come im while you sleep to perform maintenance. Randomly changes rent due dates, overall f the people who run the place lugi needs to pay them a visit.
