Giving one star because of the drivers of a pickup and a utility van northbound on I39 @~4:00pm before Rock Falls. Their driving is subpar and were impeding traffic, not letting me pass by slightly speeding up to where I have to brake and pull back behind.
They take for ever to load and you have to go like 3 time to let them know that they haven't load you 😌
