It was a great stay. We arrived after a long hiking day, didn't book any food in advance and still got a great dinner. Breakfast was geourgous and we also got a lunch box for our next day. We felt warm and welcome. The view from the room was beautiful!!!

We were lucky enough to be able to stay in early April. The lovely hotel is well appointed and located close to so many things to explore. Every night a 3 course dinner, and whiskey by the fire. During the day, a pint on the patio! Explore the Highlands, stay at the Delnashaugh!

We stayed in the Polly’s Pool room. The bed was worn out and very uncomfortable. The springs made noise every time you moved. My mother has a bed with a 50 year old mattress on it and this one was about the same. We were booked for two nights and left after one because we could not get a good night’s sleep on that bed. Staff didn’t seem to care. Really a pity because the food at the restaurant was superb and in all other respects a nice enough hotel.

Stayed here while walking the Speyside way. Room was large with king size bed and a tub which was lovely after a long hike. If you are staying get the dinner. It was the best meal in the two weeks I spent in Scotland. The dessert was like nothing I've ever had absolutely so delicious, I'm still thinking about it.

We stayed here one night while on the Speyside Way. The room was very good, the service delightful. The bar has a great (near complete?) selection of local whiskies. Those walking the Speyside Way should be aware the hotel is >= 2 km outside of the Ballindalloch 'stop' of the route and requires walking along a busy highway for about 1 km. That said - you don't notice the highway inside the hotel and the views are amazing.
