Angela was great, I had no real issues the entire time living there. The unit was not as clean as most apartments upon move in, specifically the floors, but at least there is no cleaning fee upon move out. If you don't tour before moving in, the units are nice overall, but the craftsmanship was not great (I really hope they got a discount on those renovations) and while most of the unit was renovated relatively recently, the washroom was much older.
So I’ll say it AGAIN, Angela is a horrible property manager. We have been with OUT Central AC the entire summer. And I emailed her today and asked for an ETA on when they’re getting it fixed since it’s been 103+ days with NO USEFUL update, & since they’re making us continue to pay rent and she DIDNT REPLY to the email. Do NOT rent here. Literally no one likes her and she makes this experience awful. My children are suffering and they are money hungry. As other people have highlighted, there are so many ups and downs with this apartment complex. Did I enjoy my apartment? Yes. Was it clean and presentable when I moved in? No. Did the cleanliness get fixed? Yes. Everything has been back-and-forth. The original leasing manager Kim was amazing. She hired a cleaner when the apartment wasn't up to standard and made sure she handled every concern. As of recently, I would hardly give the apartment 2-stars.
