As other people have highlighted, there are so many ups and downs with this apartment complex. Did I enjoy my apartment? Yes. Was it clean and presentable when I moved in? No. Did the cleanliness get fixed? Yes. Everything has been back-and-forth. The original leasing manager Kim was amazing. She hired a cleaner when the apartment wasn't up to standard and made sure she handled every concern. As of recently, I would hardly give the apartment 2-stars. Wonderful facilities and living space. Maintenance is also quick and management is quick to respond! I have thoroughly enjoyed living here the past year and highly recommend this apartment complex!
