"0" Stars means its below a "1" star rating, but I could write the review without giving at least "1" star. Della Porta Agency completely misled us on our insurance policy re: Hurricane Matthew. We are very bright business people and would have never signed the policy that we did had they advised us properly. We've used them for a long time, but when you finally need insurance, you realize that they don't do any advising AT ALL.
