The relationship started off well enough but now that it’s time to tie up loose ends and terminate the process, I am being treated like someone they were doing a favor for rather than a paying client. Dodging calls and responsibility. I paid to have a knowledgeable and responsible lawyer walk me through a process I know nothing about. Not to have someone keep telling me I can do it myself. So much for we’ll help you until the process is complete. More like we’ll help you until that last payment is collected.
Staff is extremely helpful and provides great guidance.
