Rude people who don't know how to have a conversation or be civilized. I went into their office requesting a car for me and two small boxes that can easily fit in the trunk. They yelled at me and said I needed an SUV for $30 just for my two boxes. Don't use these rude driver.

VERY Rude dispatcher. Hung up phone b4 I could ask 4 price and the car left after waiting 10 minutes. I was with my elderly mom in a wheelchair - what did u want me to do? Fly downstairs without waiting for my mom or the elevator???!!? Called to ask where my car went and dispatcher said 10 min was max time they wait and said they will c if they can find someone and just hung up without telling me if they coming or not. So 5 min later I called again and asked if they coming otherwise I will find someone else for my mom's doct... read more

Terrible service, I'm a local l.e.s. resident and Delancey car service is trash, they are rude, never show up when you call. The older men drivers are rude and fresh and do not do door to door. They huff and puff under their breath about traffic if you need to go to midtown after 3:00pm. The owner Ralphy is just as bad as his employees ............. THEY ARE HORRIABLE car service and no one should use them

Horrible service, nasty dispatcher, over charge if you arent paying attention. Always say they are 10minutes away and come late. Then when you call them, they hang up on you. But when your not there when they are late they give you an attitude and charge you extra for their lateness.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE.
