What is going on? Rung up to make an appointment as I usually do. To be told I have to use an online link. OK, so I filled in the link message requesting an urgent face to face appointment with my Dr as it concerns my meds. And I get back in a month's time on the phone. Rung back and asked to speak with the practice manager and the receptionist didn't know their name at first then said he'll call you back. When exactly ?
As ever when dealing with Dr Farrah Sheikh the experience was professional, polite and courteous. Genuinely takes an interest with such a caring attitude, a credit to the practice and profession!
Ok but could do with more time with a doctor. Also phone line is a long wait.
