The Defenders do not Defend... instead they work out plea deals while still collecting money to Defend you and don't even appear in court( this was before COVID-19) . The staff members and attorneys therein are always changing and there is absolutely no follow up with the client regarding your case unless you appear yourself in court or call and speak with someone- in which no one is ever really available to speak with because " they are in court".
