I finally found a professional after years of searching who could walk me through my anxiety and manage it better. Word's dont express the change thats occured after being helped by Vic Val. Thank you so much.
Over the past 6-7 years, had excellent psychological/mental health assistance, in retraining my habits/moods/reactions to others. Besides helping me with setting/achieving goals, seeing a great Psychologist on a regular basis has helped me clarify issues in my liglfe as, helped me learn to deal with such issues in a healthy and objective manner. As well, seeing an objective and professional person on a regular basis has giving my life a greater continuity, clarity and flow.
