I could get a same-day phone appointment at my previous surgery every time I phoned them. Here it's a three week wait for an appointment, unless you are in the fortunate position where you can turn up at the surgery at 8am on the off-chance they might have one. Being a rural surgery, not everyone lives close by or has the means of transport to get there, and some people are simply not able to travel. came to practice on tues with a issue was greated with a freindly smile from receptionist who tried to deal with my problem but couldnt get the ans i wanted so i asked to see the practice manager within two mins a lady called clare came out to see me and i explained my issue she was very polite and sensitive to the problem and went to consult doctor on her return she had sorted the problem very quickly and discreetly i would like to thank the practice for there help especially the practice manager clare keep up the good work
It's always busy, but they do their best under trying times
