Absolutely terrible, can never get a doctor. And more often than not they just call you and tell you to see a pharmacist. Good luck arranging an appointment.

Woeful at best . It’s a shame you have to go elsewhere for medical advice or if you are feeling ill. They’ll shove you off out the door to Tesco’s. Opticians , A&E. 111. It truly makes me feel sick and anxious having to go there knowing that I will be turned away. Don’t bother!! After a major medical procedure you would expect some after care from your local GP had zero understanding or professionalism. Letting down the whole community. Pharmacy is okay , though.

I rang the doctors at 2.30pm the other day, was offered a face to face appointment the same afternoon at 4.45pm. The appointment was right on time and thorough and I was given a prescription for antibiotics. Popped next door and 10 minutes later the prescription was sorted. I call that first class service!
