HORRIBLE SERVICE.. At the start of June, Deep End was supposed to replace all the hard piping on my pool station.. They sent an elderly man with a hunched back to do the job alone. None of the hard piping was replaced except 1 small section with a cracked valve. That's all that was done with the exception of adding a new Frogger, which again, was poor workmanship as it was installed on top of the filter, not on the concrete pad like it was originally located.
