If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The cleaning itself was mostly fine, although they did miss cleaning the one spot that I noted when booking them. The much more concerning part is a pattern of double charging customers and not providing refunds that has been going on for *years* according to various other review sites. I couldn't be happier with my experience with The Deep Cleaners. They got me in last minute for a move out clean, also did the carpets, and they killed it. I was able to get my deposit back. Thanks!
They are called the deep cleaners for a reason. Don't give them your credit card information. Check out their yelp reviews. They are notorious for overcharging your credit card. They charged us on our credit card 3x the monthly amount for six months before we caught it. To the tune of 45 thousand dollars! Complete scam company. They returned half of that. They have not returned the rest so we are taking legal action. The merchant account should be revoked by their credit card processing company.
Opposite of “deep cleaners”! If you want your house cleaned and expect communication with this company, you’re not going to get it. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else.
