We love the carpet we got from them for our basement. We picked a slightly thicker carpet to go over concrete and glad we did because it turned out very nice. The install crew did a really nice job and went the extra mile dealing with our uneven floor and working around barn beams and a chimney. The installers were very friendly and thoughtful. We recommend them!

**Edit** 2 years later still nothing was done. Had to have another company come in and tear the carpet up and fix the floor and re-stretch the carpet. This is the second time we had carpet installed by this company, I let the installer know we had just purchased the house and if any issues arise or anything we should be aware of to let us know as we were working across the street. Well that time has come and gone and about 8 months after the install I noticed we had a weak floor board and also somesort of metal vent covered ... read more
