Ordered tables and chairs for event. They went to the wrong address, so were late delivering and then setting up. They were handed a diagram of how to set-up tables and chairs. They do not know how to count and the set-up was incorrect. At the take-down, they misplaced one of their chairs. Unsurprising that they do not know how to count - since they couldn’t follow diagram instructions. And then charged for the chair. Would not allow us on the truck to count for ourselves. Expensive. Excellent service and good pricing. I rented 4 cocktail tables and they were a hit. The service for drop off and pick up was amazing. Very friendly- they even set up the tables for me. I would rent from them again anytime. Thank you.
