Update: Found out recently (2 months after deck install was completed) that Dwain never closed out the permit for it. The Inspector just happened to drive by while the deck was being built and he stopped in to check what's going on. Dwain was rude to him, while one of his workers was polite and helpful. He started the deck install WITHOUT a permit! The deck was completed not 100% up to code, and has faults, but not bad enough not to pass the inspection. The gate also did not close properly and I had to adjust the door to fit... read more

We got a small cute deck put in. Dwain and his guys were extremely helpful, walked us through our options and helped us figure out what would fit our pool best. They were punctual, started work around 7am and finished each day around 4pm. Will definitely hire them again if we need a deck in the future!
Dwain and his team are THE BEST! Very efficient and well organized! Amazing craftsmanship! THANK YOU! Highly recommended!
