Great staff and customer service! I recieved excellent feedback and information from Patrick on their composite deck boards and other products, and also they're in the process to work up an estimate for a project. Recommended for decking needs -- good pricing and great customer service too, definitely recommended!!
We stopped for a quick look in the Wichita Decks and Docks showroom last September to look for ideas on a deck we wanted to resurface. We were very fortunate to encounter Patrick W. who spent over an hour in that first visit sharing his expertise and advice to help us plan our project. We were fortunate enough to meet Patrick at the Home Show, which led us to the showroom this past summer. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted - but he did! He spent lots of time with us showing us our options for materials. The materials were consistently delivered when promised. Just couldn't be more pleased with how easy Patrick made the process go. And now we're loving our new deck!
This store and the staff are awesome. They truly care about helping contractors and homeowners. If you build decks or are looking at having one built I definitely recommend coming by here.
