Customer service/relations is non-existent. I shopped around looking for the best place to buy my decking material from and settled on the Deck Superstore. I went in with a napkin sketch in hopes that I could walk through the material needed for my deck. Design and quote of the deck seemed to go fine until I received my material. Once the deck was framed and I started going through the composite decking I quickly found out that 1/2 of the material was delivered as square edge instead of grooved.
