When a business goes way above and beyond, you have to leave a review. Jean @ The Deck Store Ottawa couldn't have taken better care of me if even if we had been family. From researching the best material, to working within our budget, to source material inside a very aggressive timeline....he hit home run after home run. OLD SCHOOL MOM AND POP SERVICE. What a guy. Merci Jean
Fantastic, thorough staff that not only checked but double-checked the work. Honest and knowledgeable...
The team at the Deck store gives excellent service and you really feel they are there to listen to your project and find the best solution for you. Their delivery team is next level and even went the extra mile to carry it to the side of the house for me. I highly recommend them and they offer comparable pricing and better then some of the big box stores.
Thanks for responding, I'll remove my review in a few days as I'm not reviewing your services rendered, just letting you know you lost business as a result of this policy decision forcing (even for a short period) me to receive marketing materials. I also find it interesting that you didn't provide an email address in your response to quickly allow me to contact you using my preferred method, doubled down on you must call or drive to our store. Different approach to business. _____________________________________ Unfortunate... read more
Jean and his team were great. They helped me with two projects I was working on for my buisness. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them
