Very disappointed. I started being excited about the professional appearance but they did not perform as professionals. I was disappointed that I had to do the deck engineering and email it in (size, material, location and general configuration) in order to get an appointment. They would not come to my house. The appointment was 3 weeks out after several phone calls and emails. Then the sales person was not supportive of my design requests and highly pushed Azek over Trex although I was open to both and they have both in the... read more
