Requested an appointment for an estimate May 22, they scheduled appt for May 25 and that day rescheduled for May 26th. Took measurements and pictures and was told another manager would contact me to come take a look. I sent a follow up message on June 4th since I had not heard anything. I was told that they were working on it and another manager would come out. It’s now August 4th and no contact has been made.
RecommendedJonathan and his team did an AMAZING JOB on our two level deck. The whole project was completed in 2.5 days in the rain. Both he and his team are the nicest guys and we enjoyed having them around. The attention to every detail is quite evident from the choice in balusters to the way the work is sectioned to create a beautiful floor pattern. He is what this area needs (sets proper expectations and meets or exceeds them), communication is a top priority for him, very competitive with pricing but provides more with his interpersonal skills and friendliness. We have a significant project being built and he has been there, crews ready without any delay. No excuses or dragging of his feet. He gets it done. Won’t use anyone else.
