Despicable people. They tried to steal my property through tax sale, and mailed notice to an old address so I didn’t find out until I found notice of foreclosure on my door. Had to pay $2,500 in legal fees to get them to go away.
I had to put 1 star in order to post this, otherwise, it would have been a -5 rating. Cecile in this office is extremely rude, ignorant and incompetent. After receiving a letter from this office that directed me to call the office, I did and was told by Cecile that "I can't help you - I don't have any details". Cut me off several times and spoke over me. Hopefully, your firm can find a better employee with Customer Service skills.
