Tonya is friendly and excellent in communicating with the customer! And on the day of my service, my technician was out so Tonya arranged for Kim to come out. Kim was very personable, knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. If you want excellent customer service then Dead Pest Society is THE ONE!
Dead Pest offered great customer service! They were easy to contact, did a professional job, and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. Kim was awesome!
Rhonda was great! Very knowledgeable about the types of pests/bugs we have been seeing. We have a dog and she was happy to meet him and assure me it is a pet friendly mixture once dried. We are so happy with our new pest services!!!
