Promised a call back for medication which the hospital told me I needed was told doctors to ring me in 3 days and no one called backed no way of getting anyone need to retry monday wish me luck Horrendous service now
Been with this practice for years. It was easy to get an appointment with a named doctor or just with any. But now after becoming part of the group I feel it has only gone downhill, getting an appointment has become a challenge in itself having to wait a silly amount of time to be able to talk to someone or just to have a call cut off.
Their system is simply atrocious. I rang, to have a free medical and get a couple of minor issues checked (I've been with them for 30 years, and barely used them). The message said they'd callback. They didn't. Next day, I waited 45 mins, finally spoke to someone, booked the medical but was told they aren't taking appointments by tel, I have to use online system connect. Under 'new condition', it said we aren't taking new condition appointments online! I managed to put some info in another section, took a while, and hit send... read more
Attempt to get an appointment for my child and be rejected I have found some staff members to be dismissive, unprofessional and rude in their interactions with me in Goldington Road Branch.
Made appointment yesterday, seen today at the appointment time. Pleasant receptionist, pleasant doctor, satisfactory conclusion. What's not to like ? Well done all at Pemberley surgery.
