Terrible terrible place. I had to wait for 4 hours All together this week . I literally had to beg to be tested for cancer , a lot of medical providers flat out refused to help. I've bow been diagnosed with cancer and been told I should have been treated sooner

Would of liked to give 5 stars but Very hit and miss with the doctors and also receptionists Some doctors don't seem to take you seriously whilst some do and go above and beyond one inpeticular is Dr Erica witherall I cant praise her enough with hows she has been with me! as I seem to be very ill as of late to which she is doing her best for me she says ive slipped through the net once to often (some of which is probably my fault in my opinion) it's a shame she is only there twice a week but I assume she's in high demand els... read more

I'm using this surgery from 2008,the used to be great doctors(Dr. PACUKA) and great surgery. Reception is rubbish and rude. Nurses are amazing, nice, very helpful. I don't want to use app or robots. I want have a contract with human. When they loose jobs maybe will understand.

Communication with these people is like pulling my own teeth!! More often than not the receptionist is ABRUPT PATRONISING! Just WHO the hell do they THINK they are!?!? Really NOT fit for purpose!!
