VERY DISSAPOINTED,!! I took my 18-year-old daughter to this salon for hair coloring and highlights. We had a clear consultation with the stylist, Heridiana, where we all agreed on the color and expected results. Unfortunately, the outcome was completely different from what was promised. Despite my daughter specifically asking for a base color, Heridiana decided not to apply it and only added highlights over her natural black hair.
