We moved in a few months ago and signed a least for 1650. 1 month in they sent an email out saying they were going to begin charging for water and sewage. Fine, this was warned 10 pages into the lease it may or may not happen eventually. 4 months in we get an email saying they’re going paperless and we are no longer allowed to pay check or money order and instead are faced with a much higher service fee. This place is garbage, the hot water either goes out or gets cut off once a damn month for whatever reason, it's constantly having bug problems, and it's wildly overpriced for a place with so many problems. Save your money and sanity and choose another place. Edit: The office staff is ok.
Estaba muy complacida con el lugar. Luego del cambio de la administración todo cambió. No son amables. y los apartamentos por dentro están sumamente deteriorados. todo mal arreglado! por la falta de mantenimiento todo se daña y deteriora aún más. La renta es sumamente elevada para las condiciones de los apto. Y sin contar con la cantidad de roedores que habitan en los balcones.
