I want to share my experience so that new residents are aware before signing a lease at The Dayton Apartments. We signed a lease for $1650 rent for a 2-bedroom apartment. On top of that we pay $40 for washer and dryer and an additional $125 community fee every month. This fee supposedly includes WiFi, trash, and pest control, but the Spectrum WiFi is very slow and frequently disconnects, so the service quality is not good. Very nice staff at the leasing center and maintainence workers also fix any problem within a week. Definitely recommend this place.

I am so happy at The Dayton that I have lived here for 15 years. The office staff, Contina and Sheretha are THE BEST! And so are the maintenance guys, Hector and Jose. They are all very nice, friendly and helpful. And nice neighbors are an added bonus. I am so glad I chose The Dayton! Jerry is always fast to respond and always fixes the problem. Jerry is the best. The Dayton is lucky to have him.
I cannot say enough about The Dayton! The property manager Contina is incredible and the entire team is so kind, friendly, professional and helpful! You can tell they love what they do and truly care about their residents and community. The team went above and beyond to create a wonderful and seamless move-in experience for me when I first moved in.
