Great experience leasing here, the property management team is super helpful. Daniella the property manager was quick to take action and resolve all queries, moving in process was also very smooth.
I’ve had a great experience at The Dayton Apartments, especially thanks to Contina. She is professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help.
So the pool has been closed all summer. They opened up for a week last week and now it’s closed again. Not only the pool but the fitness center. We pay a.CAM fee to have these amenities. No compensation we just have to live with it. I don’t understand.
Dayton Apartments are very nice, and the people in the office are amazing!
Contina Rice is so friendly, Kind and very hemoful always willing to go over and beyond i love having her here at the Dayton.
