Story time: me and my buddy play soccer and one day we see that kids around the complex play at the tennis court and we play with them from time to time, one day we took the net off to have more room. New management is incredibly rude and uncaring. Warnings are sent out about children playing and front office never calls back. Do not lease here.
Contina and Sheretha made the application process and lease agreement very easy, fast and professional. Especially Sheretha, she has a lot of patience. Usually takes hours upon hours to take care of everything but it was super quick with these two.
Hector very nice guy. Quick on heading the issues .
I’ve lived here about 5 or 6 years. I am 80 years old so I really don’t remember. I was a military wife for over 6 years so I have lived all over our beautiful country. Many places I would not return to / but I would return here. The women are very helpful especially Sheretha. Helping with the mail locker when the machine messed up and she helped with the new lease. Can’t help but not mention Contina. Always there… always helpful with the new lease and explains the CAM and Spectrum. Always with a smile. I do not know the new... read more
