This is trash as of this evening, 9/28/26. This is absolutely disgusting and the stench is putrid. I combated roaches for 3 months upon move in. I have the landlord special paint job where they painted OVER DEAD ROACHES. They want to police visitors like criminals but don't do anything about the ridiculous speeding in the parking lot with children around. Just don't move here, one of my biggest regrets.
The rates you see online is false.. pool always closed due to poor maintenance and the gym hours are not flexible for tenants who work pass 6pm.. plus, the price of parking and washer and dryer is unreasonable. Also being charged for pest control and I see so many insects in my apartment, especially spiders.. and the strong smell of marijuana. Looking forward to my lease ending ..
Payton was kind and helpful, community looked very friendly and clean.
