Great experience with the Daylight Doctor. Ian came at the agreed time and gave really useful advice regarding an issue with our velux windows. Very friendly and knowledgeable - He did what was needed to fix the problem without trying to oversell services. Would definitely recommend.
Very pleased with all aspects of the ordering and fitting of our windows, an unexpected cost as the hinges of our old ( non velux) windows failed. Velux themselves very easy to deal with, and Daylight Doctor in Waterlooville also. Ian very helpful and knowledgeable, and Steve and Karl only took a day to install, clean, efficient and tidy. And cheerful!

Great Service from initial call for quote to installation. Ian and his team replaced two old style velux windows with modern updates. Ian explained the installation process fully and saved me money as quoted from other companies that scaffolding would be required. Ian's team (Steve and Karl) did all from inside and were really effecient. courteous and extremely tidy. would recommend to anyone looking to replace their Velux's
