I wasn't prompted to write this review but feel compelled to share my experience of the Daylight Doctor. We had two mouldy sky lights in our bathroom and I've spent the past year trying to find someone to replace them for me. Each time I've been quoted a week's work and then the various companies have gone awol on me. We ordered 4 solar velux blinds and 4 solar powered window opening controls. From the outset Ian was professional and courteous. He answered all our questions with ease, he obviously knows his products well. Delivery was quick and Steve and Karl, the fitters, were a delight - clean, tidy and very helpful. They returned to help set up our app in their lunch hour! We would not hesitate to recommend this local company to anyone.

Great experience with the Daylight Doctor. Ian came at the agreed time and gave really useful advice regarding an issue with our velux windows. Very friendly and knowledgeable - He did what was needed to fix the problem without trying to oversell services. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Ian is a total professional & was reassured by his knowledge to replace a cracked velux in our kitchen (due to previous owner poor materials/build/installation) Initial appt - arrived on time, great communication; quick to quote & helpful with all ordering questions. Arranged installation at the earliest available date as soon as materials arrived. Very pleased with all aspects of the ordering and fitting of our windows, an unexpected cost as the hinges of our old ( non velux) windows failed. Velux themselves very easy to deal with, and Daylight Doctor in Waterlooville also. Ian very helpful and knowledgeable, and Steve and Karl only took a day to install, clean, efficient and tidy. And cheerful!
