First class service. Carl and Steve turned up on time and replaced our Velux windows quickly and efficiently . Ian in the office kept us in the loop as to how and when the crew would arrive. I have no hesitation in recommending The day light Doctors for all your sky light solutions.
I wasn't prompted to write this review but feel compelled to share my experience of the Daylight Doctor. We had two mouldy sky lights in our bathroom and I've spent the past year trying to find someone to replace them for me. Each time I've been quoted a week's work and then the various companies have gone awol on me. We ordered 4 solar velux blinds and 4 solar powered window opening controls. From the outset Ian was professional and courteous. He answered all our questions with ease, he obviously knows his products well. Delivery was quick and Steve and Karl, the fitters, were a delight - clean, tidy and very helpful. They returned to help set up our app in their lunch hour! We would not hesitate to recommend this local company to anyone.
The repair was carried out within days of us contacting the firm. After being told that our kind of Velux window was no longer on the market, we were hugely relieved that The Daylight Doctor had managed to come up with the necessary replacement parts, and that there was no need to fit a new window.
Great experience with the Daylight Doctor. Ian came at the agreed time and gave really useful advice regarding an issue with our velux windows. Very friendly and knowledgeable - He did what was needed to fix the problem without trying to oversell services. Would definitely recommend.
