Dawn has helped up buy a home twice and sell a home once. She has been so helpful. We are a military family stationed out of state and bought a new build from DR Horton. She goes by the house weekly to send us photos and to check in on the timeline. She has also ensured that they have stayed on top of each step of the building process. Our build was delayed and she was fighting them every step. DR Horton would delay the build and then try to make us pay to keep the interest rate $900 each time.
