I have struggled with anxiety for my entire life. It reaches the point of being debilitating at times. I have been taking medication to control it, but have wanted to try something different. Recently I had a medical procedure scheduled that I was most certainly sure I'd be anxious about. I had one hypnosis session with Robin. She taught me simple techniques that actually worked!
