L place, cockroaches everywhere and they expect you thoroughly clean before you leave but when you move in you will need to thoroughly clean as well as remove dead roaches everywhere, trash everywhere including glass from the parking lots to the doors of the apartments, pool wasn’t open for almost an entire year, maintenance is cool people tho. There’s a lot more issues but I’ll leave it at that.

Here is an updated review after calling The Voyager home for the last 3 months!! Our apartment is so much more spacious than we truthfully thought, which has made organization and giving it a more “homey” feeling successful!! We had two issues occur (one was our washer and the other was a plumbing issue) and both times maintenance came the same day and fixed the issue along with checking in day or days after to make sure everything was still running smoothly. What like living at the Voyager is like being at the beach and the staff is such a helpful bunch and the staff have given me the awesome roommate and her fur baby is one spoiled kitty cause I'm her auntie and I am the one who spoils her rotten to the staff thanks for the help
The staff is always pleasant, quick, and easy to work with regarding maintenance repairs or packages. Overall this complex has been one of the best I’ve lived at in greenville out of four different locations!
