We stayed on a stopover to Cairns from brissy. Beds were comfortable, had dinner at the on site restaurant. It was so yummy, very good size and price for the meal. Will def be back.
Very good clean and comfortable accommodation. Owner very friendly and hospitable. Price was very reasonable. Restaurant is available thru the week. Swimming pool was good and clean.
The staff are nice and parking is easily accessible. The room was clean with the exception of the absolutely unacceptable condition of the air conditioner. It was physically broken, doesn't cool well, looks like it has been there for over 20 years and not once has been cleaned as per the picture. My main issue however is the noise! The walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbours even when they're talking at a normal volume... but that's nothing compared to the street noise. After my car broke down on the way to Cairns, the Manager let me into my room early and refunded me when my car's part arrived earlier than expected. She couldn't have been more kind. Nice pool. Recommended.
