Spoke with Nick David about his DUI diversion pricing structure and was treated with disrespect. All I asked for, was simply his pricing structure. But once he figured out I didn't have a current DUI, and there was no money in it for him, he began speaking down to me, was mean, rude, and yelled at me. PLEASE be kind and respectful to people, even if there's nothing in it for you. You'll never regret it. P.S. You said I didn't have a leg to stand on to get any of my fees returned. They were returned.
