poor management
I've been a tenant here for over 6 years and I love it! The Comeau Building is architecturally beautiful and historically significant. The lobby is immediately impressive upon entry and the entire building is maintained constantly. It is kept looking impressive, professional and very clean! Thank you to the maintenance and cleaning staff and thank you Brooke at the property management office for always being so responsive and easy to work with!
Professional and quality people, great spaces, reasonable rates and properties that are located in the heart of West Palm. We are thrilled we made the decision to rent space from them. Could not be happier in our Downtown space.
