We would highly recommend Davey for any of your tree service needs. Charlotte was our arborist and was hugely helpful in identifying health issues and suggesting proper treatments and communicated actively throughout the process. Robert Altman, the District Manager, was professional and very knowledgeable and provided expert advice on the pruning of a large maple tree in our backyard. The crew who did the work were courteous and professional and timely in their arrival.
Where to start? I thought I knew a lot about trees, but Robert from the Glen Burnie office came over and taught me that I had much to learn. He was incredibly professional, patient with my questions, provided excellent advice on tree care in my yard, and clearly laid out the services that Davey Tree company could provide to me if I needed them. As soon as I need services, I am calling Davey Tree thanks to Robert and his excellent service.
I would definitely recommend this Tree Company. I had two very large trees trimmed away from my house ,without compromising the trees. They were prompt , polite , and did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was complete.
Excellent communication. Staff that came to remove the tree were on time and efficient. Gave me a review of what they found when removing the tree. The clean up after the removal was way above what I expected!
