Extremely rude gentleman called me and tired to bully me into service, wouldn’t tell me what property it was for or anything, just a bad attitude from the start. Edit/Update; same gentleman called me again to what I can only assume was to bully me some more. Stay away from these rude people
Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not to mention the high level of technical knowledge and professionalism of the arborist I met with and the crew that came out. Their Plant Health program was customized to my landscape's specific issues, and I could tell a difference within the first few visits, especially after the ground injection that helps the soil health. I've had a great experience with Davey thus far.
Davey tree is an awesome company. All of the arborist and techs who have come out have been wonderful. We will continue to use them for a long time!
After several years as a customer, we have found Davey staff to be very knowledgeable and reliable, as well as fairly priced.
Wonderful custyomer service ater the fact. As for the service: quick, efficient friendly and they cleaned up every stick and branch from a down tree leaning on the house. Thank you so much Davey -- I will be looking to you for future work.
