Anna is amazing!! I see Anna on a monthly basis and I feel so at ease and heard whenever I go and see her. She is an incredible person and she is amazing at what she does! Highly recommend :)
The people they hire to work for them are questionable
I have had several issues with this clinic. Whilst on a phone call to the clinic I was given wrong information that was very triggering. When I queried this I was placed on hold incorrectly and I heard the entire conversation. What I heard was very distressing to me and anxiety provoking. There are problems with their email system meaning that reports sent to my GP when my health was deteriorating were not received. I had to request them to be sent again. Anna is the best therapist ever! we click so well and it always brightens up my week when I get to see her! she always helps the best she can and we get along well, look forward to seeing her soon! she's the best! The staff at the front desk are a delight and always so kind and attentive!
Review their policy carefully. Cancellation policy is the club needs to be notified of changes within 48hrs. This is fine if you can cancel within the required time frame, however I had to cancel mine and my husbands couple therapy session within 24hrs due to my youngest son, (15 months) falling ill with gastro. Something totally out of my control. Prior to being charged a fee for the session, we were offered a tele-health session however I declined due to our son being quite sick and needing my comfort.
