The absolute best thing about Darren, among his other incredible qualities, is the time he takes to help you demystify and really GET the way that buying a property works. We were first time home buyers (NOT ANY MORE!) and he would take the time to explain all the wild and crazy intricacies of the real estate market, what it means to be a buyer and a seller and how different forces interact. He is patient, funny and will go out of his way to take care of you. He means it when he says "start packing".
Working on the opposing side of a deal with Darren, I can genuinely say, he went above and beyond for his clients to secure their property. His communication is top notch and he is great to work with. I would trust him with my referral clients in the GTA.
