By far one of the worst apartment complexes in Manor. Take your business to literally anywhere else where at least you will be helped, communicated with, and won't be waiting **almost 8 months for your deposit refund.** I won't waste your time listing every negative experience I had here. If you enjoy terrible customer service, a front desk that is an absolute joke, waiting months for money you're owed, Wi-Fi that never works, and living in apartments with mold, then this is the place for you. want to share feedback about the Darby apartments the property is very nice and the maintenance team is excellent, kind, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the property manager, Ashley Zuniga, has been very different. Unfortunately, I have found her to be rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. I have personally witnessed her speaking harshly to a member of the maintenance team, which I found very unprofessional. I want to give this complex a higher rating but I can’t. We have to pay for internet service called Gigstreem and it is the worst. It is always going out. I quit working my from home job because 3 times I had to cancel sessions with clients. Then I asked if I could just get my own service and of course I could but I still had to pay for the services included in our rent. If I want better, faster, stronger Internet service and connection, I have to contact Gigstreem and upgrade. And I can’t even begin with my neighbors. From ... read more
