Two star rating is from general experiences while being here for a year but wanted to add that we have seen two rattlesnakes in our backyard. Once on Wednesday 10/1/25, and once yesterday. We called on Wednesday and again today to recommended they send a mass email to tenants to ensure everybody is aware and taking precautions for their children and pets. Obviously they can’t control the comings and goings of wild animals but keeping their tenants aware would be helpful. None have been sent out yet so this is my effort to do... read more
