My experience has been great for my family and I. Ashley the assistant property manager is amazing! She had and is thorough, informative, and more than helpful during and after the process. I felt supported throughout it all. I’ve had a great experience so far at this apartment complex. The units are nice and makes it easy to feel at home. The front desk staff has been awesome. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Jordan—she has been fantastic. She gave a thorough tour and made the leasing process smooth by helping with the paperwork and portal setup. She also checked in before and after move in to make sure I was settling in comfortably. Just moved in and so far I’m really impressed with The Darby! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I need. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell they stay on top of things. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far and I’m excited to be here!
The office team is not helpful at all. Pretty much everyone in the office from leasing consultant to manager is clueless. You finally get a hold of the office, after 5 (literal) phone calls just for someone to tell you they cannot help you and the manager is unavailable to take the call because she’s “in a meeting…” I’ve emailed Ashley Z (The community manager) serval times for the past month and no response.
