What a GREAT experience! My first time in and quite impressed. Mike did a great job on my cut, very kind and personable and provided me great tips on the right product for my hair. He goes the extra mile for sure. The warm towel treatment was an unexpected surprise and quite nice! I even made my next appointment with him! The shop has a cool vibe also, and greeted very warmly at the door. My only suggestion - and likely a tough one depending on the town of Bernardville - an espresso bar and local craft beer bar would be awes... read more
Their cancellation policy makes no sense. My son came home sick in the morning. I was unable to cancel online so I called once they opened. No one answered. EVER. I called many times. Finally, I left a message canceling my 5:15 appointment MANY many hours in advance.I was still charged the no show fee. I emailed them explaining the situation. I never got a call back OR response to my email. Fabulous customer service👏🏼👏🏼
