The Y is great, the staff is nice, the classes are great, and members are welcoming.
My experience with the YMCA was repeatedly ruined by a staff member referred to here as Sandra. From the very first interaction, her attitude toward me was hostile and disrespectful. Simple questions were met with irritation, and instead of offering help, she spoke to me as if I were a problem simply for being there.
