I bought a house in essex from Aaron Blackmere its been 5 years of nonstop headaches and problems with this house. I bought it for over market and they still had the audacity to ask me if I was willing to pay more before telling me i got the purchase. I would be very cautious on buying a house from them. Very fast walk through suggested I don't get an inspection. alot of shady stuff also he added 20 dollars to the sale and said he would pay that out of pocket. I will never deal with them again
