The only reason this person was hired was do to a previous friendship within the family. I would strongly recommend that people do not use friends to represent them in legal matters. I have had 2 telephone interactions with Tony and both of them were unpleasant. He lacks phone etiquette, he's unprofessional, and in my opinion he's very difficult to work with. Since his friendship is with somebody else in the family, he chooses to treat me indifferent. I would not use him again.
My attorney in 2007, now willing to direct me 12 years later in matter surrounding case.
