i had nowhere to stay it was hard getting into other apartments but the landlord at The Daltons help me out so much on getting a place to stay. She’s so kind hearted and understood my situation. if it wasn’t for her i would be homeless.
I have know the manager for so many years, and Jess is always caring and respectful to her tenants when I was down there to visit
Ive been living in these apartments for over 3 years now and I don’t have no complaints. The landlord is very understanding when it comes to everything including rent. Hard times happen in life and she has help me out so much. One thing I love about the landlord is that she throws little events for the kids all throughout the months even for us adults lol. Quiet, nice size apartments, clean, and the office manager is very friend and helpful.
I have nothing but good things to say about the apartments. The manager Jessica is very personable with her tenants and makes it fun for everyone. I have been at the apartment for a few years and in the summer she holds cookouts at the pool and feeds the residents after hours. She is more than just a landlord the only ones I have ever heard have anything bad to say are the ones that cause issues or have police calls.
