The apartment manager we have now is doing an amazing job, she is cleaning things up around here, I think she is doing an amazing job.
The dalton apartments are so nice the land lord is the most amazing person ever and if you ever need anything fixed they will get it done I can’t even rate this place because it’s so good every one here is so nice and the rent is so good it’s actually affordable with my job I love this place so much and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon Jessica is the best person ever
They changed the name of this place apparently and I’m guessing it’s bc of how bad things got. Expect to be told that 80+ degree is the best their AC can do in the summer due to old AC units and zero insulation in apartments. Pool was also constantly closed when I lived there and nothing was maintained well. They were so nice until we signed.
The enitre team are friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I've submitted were handled quickly and professionally. It’s also a quiet and safe neighborhood, which has made it easy to feel at home. If you're looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live, I highly recommend The Dalton.
The manager is amazing and the property is super quiet. Love my apartment!
