Big shout out to Jessica and Jake for keeping my girl cool in this heat! She had an A/C issue. Jake immediately came to check it out but parts had to be ordered. Jessica was on point letting my girlfriend know that parts were on the way and had Jake come put a window unit in her apartment until the parts could arrive. Once parts were received it was fixed immediately and haven't had a problem since. Have really been really pleased with the apartment, manager, and maintenance.

After being turned down by 3 other places, the Daltons excepted me. OMG Jess was amazing she was so helpful, professional, organized. The place is much nicer then the other places that denied me. And everything I need im surrounded by. Restaurants, gyms, coffee, ice cream. Such a convenient place to be. Especially raising a little girl. Walking distance to everything. Thank you for giving us a chance.
