My sister and I have lived here since April and I couldn’t ask for a better landlord. This was my first time being out of my parent’s house and I plan on renewing. My sister is keeping our two bedroom and I am working to get my own 1-bedroom. The landlord works really hard to make sure the community is safe and maintained as best as possible. We really enjoy the apartment and I will not move so long as Jessica is the property manager. She is amazing.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The property manager has always been friendly and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The manager is always busy but never fails to manage running things smoothly. She has a relationship more than just a landlord with the people here and we are treated like family. Big shout out to Jessica and Jake for keeping my girl cool in this heat! She had an A/C issue. Jake immediately came to check it out but parts had to be ordered. Jessica was on point letting my girlfriend know that parts were on the way and had Jake come put a window unit in her apartment until the parts could arrive. Once parts were received it was fixed immediately and haven't had a problem since. Have really been really pleased with the apartment, manager, and maintenance.

Love my apartment. The manager Jessica and maintenance man Jake are awesome. Would definitely recommend!
