Trying to make an appointment here is a nightmare. They want a $100 deposit for an appt, whatever, cool, that's fine. They will not call you back after running insurance to tell you what the out of pocket cost will be for an in office procedure, and tell you to call insurance yourself. We did. They then told us to call the Dr to verify with them. What is the issue with wanting to know what we will need to be paying out of pocket? Some people have a budget. It was quick and easy and painless the staff was very friendly and professional.
I recently got the non invasive vasectomy. Drive in from Amarillo and I don't regret one minute. Doc super chill. Talked me through the procedure showed me the size of the puncture and handed me the laughing gas. When I was done the nurse had to come back in and tell me I was free to go. Honestly the most painless experience you can imagine. Fellas if you're nervous, don't be. Get to town the night before get a good night's rest. And one last shot off before you're down a few days. Quick procedure of under 10 minutes, you’ll spend more time waiting than actually being operated on. It was relatively painless (2 out of 10). I was recommended here by my friend who had the same experience. The procedure was clearly explained by the Dr and the nurses were kind and professional.
Fantastic place. Everyone is very helpful and answers questions no matter how weird. Dr. Mootha was great.
