Process of scheduling the appointment and the procedure itself was great. Room for improvement on the insurance estimate piece… the estimate I received wasn’t even directionally correct in comparison to my final bill. Moral of the story is if you have a deductible that is not met don’t place any reliance on the “estimate” the practice provides you with.
I was patient more then year with dr Mootha every things was treating patient nicely. But they send me for procedure for interventional radiology and the clinic not in the same insurance net work it’s happen the second time so they must check the net work provider clinic before they send referral. It’s 4week and the procedure on hold and my condition pain full. Its unacceptable carelessness I left message no calling back came to the office in person can’t get attention just waiting an hours . It’s unfair and un professional
After, it looked like i didn’t have any surgery , no pain no swelling, everything went smooth, great staff, great doctor!!
Excellent experience from start to finish! The care team was super attentive and made sure I had everything taken care of before I left the office. Quick procedure as well. Highly professional and would recommend
