I placed an order for shutters in December and paid a deposit. The estimated lead time was 10–12 weeks. We are now around week 14+ and I have made multiple attempts over the past several weeks, including this week, to reach Matt by phone, text, and Facebook for an update on the order status but have not received a detailed response. Matt went out of his way to be helpful and repaired our broken plantation shutters so well that you can't tell the repair from the undamaged ones.
