Right from the beginning, they've taken my concerns seriously. They do their best to find a solution. Their communication is timely, and they follow up at every step. The concierge team is aware and responsive. The maintenance team is friendly and knowledgeable. The service I have received at every level has been outstanding.
Liza is the best agent! She worked so hard to make sure everything was settled for me. I loved her professionalism from the very beginning, and even after I moved in, she continued to help make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything she did for me!
fridge has been broken well over a week now with no permanent soloution after 2 visits. no compensation for the 300$ worth of food we lost impromtu. they told us theyd fix it 'by tomorrow' a week ago. managment is terrible at communicating with the staff, noone can give u a straight answer when the team will be on site just 'sometime today'. theres also mold in the bathroom because they didnt finish behind the sink properly nor did they even bother using silicone to caulk the sink to the counter so inevitably mold is in ther... read more
We have had a very good experience so far with Brigil in general. We are particularly pleased with the service and maintenance provided specifically by Marcelo. He is prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond reasonable expectations. Grateful he is on the Brigil team.
