I moved in about two months ago, and I don't think my opinion of this property or its management is going to change. So, I decided to leave this review now. Simply put, this is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The amenities are excellent. One pleasant surprise was learning that the pool and sauna remain open during the winter, complete with heated floors. Rental website stated rent was $1499. Brigil website stated $1550. Sit down with a rep and she asks me what my budget is and then states that those were promotional prices that are no longer available and that rent would be over $2000. Don’t waste your time unless you don’t mind the bait and switch
