I can't say enough good things about The Dale and their staff. From the moment I walked into the building, I knew this would be my home for the next while. I was welcomed in with a friendly smile and hug. The building is beautiful with great amenities that are well maintained. The location is right by Tunney's Pasture, so you can easily (as easy as OC Transpo gets) commute to all ends of the city. The staff have been phenomenal, but especially my leasing agent, Rita. The Dale made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. We had a great rental agent, Rita, who took her time understanding our needs. Every step of the way, she was helpful and always ready to answer our questions. We were looking for a space that was quiet and spacious and we found that here. Not only that, amenities are great and neighbours are kind. It’s also really helpful that Tunneys Pasture is so close, making our commutes less lengthy. The building is great. However, the financing department seem to be ran by one person who works 5 minutes a month. We moved out months ago, they owe us some money but they are not responding to our emails!
The Dale By Brigil is a total bait and switch. You look at their website or on rentcanada and it says there are units available in the NEW tower (99 Parkdale) and that a 2 br 2 bathroom starts at $2,305/month. So I booked an appointment. The sales person wanted to start with a sit down session but we said we'd like to see the apts first and then decide if we want to talk more. She took us to a unit in 121 Parkdale, the older original tower (3+ years old). I asked about the units in the new tower. She said there are NONE LEFT... read more
