The staff here are great the front desk people like Yasir and Emily are always so friendly and helpful. They’re always willing to help out when they can. They always brighten up the moment when I see them.
This 5 star review is for Emily and Yaseer (and the maintenance staff). I have a one star review under my regular account for very good reason. However, since Yaseer started over a year ago and Emily in December, their caring concern and genuineness has has made Brigil look good. They both deserve raises!!!
The front desk concierge , Emily has been a fantastic addition to the Dale and is always very kind to us and our dog. She answers our concerns promptly, and takes care in ensuring people are happy. She greets us every morning with a friendly smile. No matter what comes up we know she will do her best to help us!
It’s been so great living at the Dale. Emily W is a breath of fresh air! She is a friendly face, quick to step in when I need help and always gives my fur baby treats!
JP is a great addition to your team! He is so helpful and friendly, I appreciate all his great work! And Emily W is always so nice to interact with, she’s friendly and helpful. my dog is always excited to see her and get a little treat! :)
